Happy Anniversary!

Last week our restaurant celebrated it's 1 year anniversary! We celebrated with a late night party that started at 10:30 pm. Chef closed the restaurant early that Sunday and we enjoyed a big party with music, dancing and lots of Italian wine, beer and champagne to satisfy the crazy party goers. We snacked on lots of delicious salumi, cheeses and desserts from our pastry team - and tons of pizza from a local place so that none of our hard working cooks had to lift a finger. It was a ton of fun :-) We only stayed until about 1am since we both had to work the next day, but I hear the party lasted until 4:30am! I had some terrible looking co-workers the next day, haha. It was a really rough one!
