With the craziness of the final behind us, we all gathered the next day for our graduation. It was fun to get together as a class and have no pressures from any of our chefs.
I have made some good friends over the past nine months, and I look forward to following their culinary paths, as well as finally begin mine. (Which hopefully will start soon now that I am back from a 2 week trip to Costa Rica!)
