For the List

Remember my post about eating your pizza crust? Well, just a little follow up on that. To my surprise, I actually did get invited back to spend a day in the kitchen, which potentially could have led to a job offer. However, by that time I had already pretty much decided that I wanted to accept the offer from the place I am at now, so I turned down the kitchen trail as I did not want to waste the Chefs time.

In any case, they finally opened up last month and the reviews are great! I have not had the chance to head over yet for a meal, but I encourage anyone in the area to put it on their list!
